Jobs and careersJobs and careers

In our business we attach great importance to the human element. Working for us you’ll be faced with daily challenges in a professionally competent environment in which there is still room for family, friends and your out of hours interests.

From cooks to office staff
Job profiles in the support unit vary enormously from area to area – from cooks to office staff and chauffeurs to financial advisers. In some functions we employ specialists with particular professional knowledge, gained either through education or experience. In other functions there is more emphasis on the actual work and the desire to learn new and personal skills that relate to the focus of your role. One common theme applying to all, however, is that we are open, take the initiative and recognise the importance of working together.

Skills we emphasise
As a member of staff in the support unit you will be service-minded, professional and be able to imagine yourself in the customer’s position. We also place great emphasis on the fact that you are reliable, have a systematic approach to your assignments, enjoy working with efficient processes, and are good at getting on with the job. Finally, an analytical, financial and economic understanding as well as good communication skills are required in most of our positions.

Buddy mentoring
Because we work in special areas, joining us as a new recruit will almost always involve re-training. In most cases this takes place through on-the-job buddy mentoring or through internal courses.
