We are a dynamic and, from time to time, hectic workplace in which you will be able to determine your own daily routines.
The support unit is divided into four main areas
- Group Call Centre – which handles telephone enquiries to Danske Bank and Realkredit Danmark from customers in Denmark and abroad. Customers receive advice on loans, insurance, pensions, products, cards and eBanking.
- Transaction Services – which performs all transactions in connection with funds transfer, foreign exchange and investments both for Danish and overseas units. The department’s remit also includes Cash Management and Trade Finance.
- Retail Services – which supports our branch network with transactions and documentation work relating to residential, loans, pensions, electronic payment cards, Dankort payment card, cheques and debt recovery.
- Logistics – which is responsible for Group purchasing, cash handling and cash transport as well as facility services (canteen operation, cleaning, mail distribution, transport, storage, removals, etc.) and facility management (concept development, construction project management, etc.).
Partners
We work closely with many partners – both internally and externally. We service the whole Danske Bank Group from local branches to the Group’s head office. As the Group has become increasingly international, so have our partners and work assignments.
