Two employee profiles
We have two large employee groups: Academics and economists, and those with a banking education. Academics need to have an analytical sense and be interested in working with data; those educated in the financial sector must have a solid credit-related experience.
The common denominator for both groups is that employees are business and service minded, can work independently and are good at seeing the big picture.
