You will also discuss the direction that you wish your career to take.
Our job profiles
We have many different types of jobs in the organisation, and you can read about some of them below. Primarily, the first three types listed are the ones that we offer recent graduates.
IT developers
As an IT developer you contribute to the analysis, design and construction of our systems. You are also involved in the test, implementation and follow-up phases of the systems that you have helped develop for the Group’s business areas.
Business developers
You are a catalyst between the business units and the development organisation. You challenge the businesses with the right solutions and simultaneously focus on binding together the business requirements and the development organisation’s solutions so they fit into the Group’s business concept.
Test managers
You initiate, plan and manage the overall test process. You select and utilise relevant types of test, tools, methods and technologies. You identify and manage risk and are responsible for the whole process from planning to completion. You are also responsible for planning and preparing meetings and workshops in connection with the test process. Finally, you contribute to the development of the Group’s general test concept.
Business process consultants
You analyse and describe business processes through research and interviews with partners and act as a facilitator in workshops in relation to the analysis process. You have an ongoing responsibility to improve our business processes in order to comply with our customers’ needs and expectations in terms of quality, prices and delivery times. In addition your work involves supporting our brands by implementing our business processes as professionally as possible.
Project Managers
You are responsible for leading and managing projects. This includes securing agreements on frameworks, functionality, timescale, quality and price. You also have the task of creating a well functioning project group characterised by a shared sense of responsibility, mutual trust, good cooperation and a clear division of assignments and roles.
Development managers
You have responsibility for your own system area and develop both work processes and staff through good and result-oriented leadership. As such you must implement interdisciplinary development tasks and management assignments. You are part of the management group and participate in the overall development of products, processes and systems within your specific business area.
Solution architects
You are responsible for the integrity of systems’ architecture in the early stages of projects. At the same time you help to convert the project’s goals into detailed requirements. You have knowledge of domains for both business and IT and help to ensure that the project is carried out absolutely correctly.
System managers
You are responsible for systems and staff in the system management area. You formulate the vision and strategy for the area and ensure the further development and release management of systems in close cooperation with the business areas. You ensure operationally stable systems with focus on the economics, quality control and scalability. You are also responsible for the staff in your area. You conduct appraisal meetings and ensure the personal development of your staff so that they have the necessary expertise and skills to deal with present and future needs.
