As a graduate, you will get a permanent position in which you will develop through on-the-job assignments, everyday worklife and your collaboration with more experienced colleagues. On top of this, you will join a development programme, which includes training activities and networking with other graduates across the Danske Bank Group. The p

rogramme runs for 12-21 months depending on where you are hired.

Common for all graduates

You will get a thorough introduction to the job, the Danske Bank Group and the specific unit in which you will join us. When you start on 3 September, you will receive a detailed plan for your first couple of months. On top of completing your first assignments, you will participate in an intensive programme that includes elearning and joint activities for all graduates across the Danske Bank Group. During the first month with us, all graduates will be invited to an introduction seminar at which you will receive more information about worklife at Danske Bank and get to know the other graduates through team-building exercises.
