All of this is laid down in progressive programmes designed to support our talented staff in their development.

Development programme for younger leaders
One focus area involves helping our younger managers to lay down the best possible foundations when taking the next step in their career. This is why, in 2007, we created a talent development programme for younger managers working in different areas of the Group; managers with considerable potential who have the talent, ambition and commitment to take on greater management responsibilities in the Danske Bank Group within a few years. The programme supports participants through a combination of seminars, cases, coaching, mentoring programmes and executive education at external schools and colleges around the world.
