Attractive salary and pension
Salaries are individual and paid in advance, which means that you receive your first salary payment when you take up your duties. You have the potential to earn a bonus for a special contribution. You also benefit from an attractive pension scheme which includes cover in the event of loss of earnings capacity, critical illness and death.
Holidays and time off
Depending on your projected overtime, you will qualify for five or six weeks holiday – plus an additional five care days for recharging your batteries. You will of course be paid for any or all the care days that you decide not to take. In addition, you will receive an annual holiday pay supplement.
As a member of staff you will have access to a vibrant club life covering football, golf, badminton, go-carting and many other sporting activities. We also have one of Denmark’s largest art appreciation societies, a film club and even a choir, Danske Notes.
Part-time schemes and maternity leave
If your children are under 12 you can work part-time by arrangement with your manager. You can also take a child’s first two sick days off. Female staff can take up to 28 weeks of paid maternity leave, with fathers qualifying for up to 14 paid weeks leave.
If you are 55 years or older you have the opportunity to participate in our special senior programme which includes a number of seminars on the possibility of working reduced hours.
Health insurance
All staff are covered by health insurance that pays for the cost of treatment prescribed by a doctor in a private hospital or clinic. This means that you have the option to skip the waiting list in the health service hospital system and be treated as soon as possible.
Share purchase programme and other financial advantages
We have a company equity purchase scheme which offers a favourable savings scheme linked to investments in Danske Bank’s shares.
