In the Danske Bank Group we focus on retaining our many talented employees by providing them with good opportunities for personal and professional development. One of the ways in which we do this is to provide stimulating development, on a daily basis, in the form of specific assignments and projects. All of this is laid down in progressive programmes designed to support our talented staff in their development.

Development programme for leaders
We have three different talent programmes for managers depending on their organisational level. Common for all three is that they develop managers with considerable potential who have the talent, ambition and commitment to take on greater management responsibilities in the Danske Bank Group. The programmes support participants through a combination of seminars, cases, coaching, mentoring and executive education at external schools and colleges around the world.
Development programme for specialists
A talent is not necessarily a present or future manager. It might as well be a specialist. That is why we in 2011 established a talent programme for specialists throughout the Group. Apart from developing their professional skills the participants train their ability to communicate and use their knowledge i coorporation with different stakeholders.
