Diversity
We aim to have staff diversity throughout the group. There should ideally be a good spread between young and mature, men and women, and academic and banking staff. This blend helps to ensure a dynamic environment in which we can learn from each other’s abilities and experience. As one of many specific activities, we have for instance launched a programme to increase the proportion of female leaders in the Group.
Commitment to, and outside, the job
We want our employees to be committed and motivated. This is one of the reasons we focus on providing them with excellent conditions of employment which leave room for a life outside the group. On this basis we carry out a comprehensive annual employee satisfaction survey. We also have a range of personnel policies in place to help employees successfully negotiate the different phases of their life. If you have children who fall ill, you can take up to two weeks off, and if your children are under 12 you can work part-time by arrangement with your manager. When you reach 60 you qualify for five extra days off and are offered the chance to reduce your working hours.
