Born on July 19, 1951. Chief Executive Officer since 1998. Chairman of the Executive Committee. Joined the Group in 1968. Numerous posts in Danske Bank, including bank and branch director in Singapore and New York, head of external bank relations, divisional manager and securities dealer. Also loan administration manager in Scandinavian Bank Ltd. Diploma in Business Administration in 1979. 
 Tonny Thierry Andersen
Tonny Thierry AndersenBorn on September 30, 1964. CFO and Member of the Executive Board since 2006. Joined the Group in 1999. Previously senior and executive vice president of Group Finance. Divisional head, corporate adviser, credit manager and investment adviser in three other banks. Master of Business Administration, Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) and various executive management courses.
 Sven Lystbæk
Sven Lystbæk Born on September 26, 1951. Member of  the Executive Board since 2006 and Head of Shared Services Centre. Joined the Group in 1983. Previously head of Banking Activities Denmark and Retail Banking Denmark. Numerous management positions in the Group, including the position of senior executive vice president and member of the executive board of Danica Pension. MSc (Economics) in 1981.

Per Damborg Skovhus
Born on September 17, 1959. Member of the Executive Board and Head of Group Credits. Joined the Executive Board in 2006. Formerly head of Danske Bank, International Credits and Corporate & Institutional Banking. Master’s Degree in Law in 1987. 
 Steen Blaafalk
Steen BlaafalkBorn on May 31, 1961. Head of Danske Markets. Began his career with Danske Bank in 1980 in the branch network. Subsequently held various management positions in the Group and worked as dealer and chief dealer. Completed his bank training in 1982. MSc (Economics and Business Administration) in 1989 and Master of Business Administration in 2003.
 Thomas Borgen
Thomas BorgenBorn on March 27, 1964. Managing Director of Fokus Bank. Employed in Danske Markets in 1997 as liquidity manager. Then chief dealer and managing director. Before coming to the Danske Bank Group, he held various management positions, including positions as deputy manager and manager. BSc (Business Organisation), Master of Business Administration in 1989.
 Ilkka Hallavo
Ilkka Hallavo Born on February 4, 1956. Managing Director of Sampo Bank in Finland. Hired in 1980. From 2001 to 2005, CEO of Sampo Bank Plc, prior to that CEO of Leonia Bank. BSc (Economics and Business Administration) in 1980.
Andrew Healy
Andrew Healy Born on November 10, 1966. CEO of National Irish Bank since 2005. Before coming to the Danske Bank Group, he held a number of management positions with Ulster Bank, most recently as head of Retail Banking. BSc (Financial Services).
Mads Jacobsen
Mads Jacobsen Born on March 5, 1952. Chairman of the boards of directors of the Baltic units. Has overall responsibility for Financial Institutions in Danske Markets and is Chairman of the steering committees in Hamburg, Warsaw and St. Petersburg. Associated member of the Executive Committee. Held other managerial positions with the Group. Joined the Group in 1975. Before that, positions with A.P. Møller and Scandinavian Bank. MA in 1975.
 Niels-Ulrik Mousten

Niels-Ulrik MoustenBorn on February 19, 1963. Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Danske Capital. Joined the Group in 2001. Worked previously as an analyst and portfolio manager. From 1990 to 2001, various management positions at Baltica Finans, Unibank Investment Management and SEB Asset Management. MSc (Economics and Business Administration) in 1987 and CFA in 1993.

 Lars Stensgaard Mørch
Lars Stensgaard MørchBorn on May 11, 1972. Member of the Executive Committee since 2006 and Head of Group HR since 2003. Head of Group HR & Communications since 2008. Joined the Group in 1999. Taught at the Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2003. Before that, research assistent at CBS and Aalborg University. BA (Social Science) in 1995. Masters Degree from Warwick Business School in 1998.
 Henrik Normann
Henrik NormannBorn on March 26, 1953. Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Danske Bank Denmark since 2006. From 1983 to 1991, various responsibilities with Danske Bank, including in London. From 1991 to 1993, with Asgard Management PLC. From 1994 to 2000, with Danske Bank. Head of Danske Markets in 2000. MA (History and Social Science) in 1983. Harvard Business School in 1995.
 Gerry Mallon
Gerry MallonBorn on November 12, 1969. CEO, Northern Bank from July 2008.  Joined Northern Bank in 2006 from Bank of Ireland. Prior to that, was management consultant with McKinsey and Company, Inc. Holds MBA from University of Ulster and MA (first class honours) in Economics from Cambridge University, 1992.
 
 Georg Schubiger
Georg SchubigerBorn on June 5, 1968. Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Group Business Development since 2008. Previously head of Sampo Baltic Banking. Joined Sampo Bank Plc in 2002. From 1996 to 2002, Associate Principal at  McKinsey & Company, Inc. Prior to that, positions in Sweden and the US with Arthur Andersen AB and EHV-Weidmann Inc. Lic.oec in 1995 and MA (European Studies) in 1996.
 Leif Norburg Leif Norburg
Born on 18 September 1947. Managing Director and CEO of Danske Bank in Sweden since 2008. Joined the bank in 1996 and founded Smålandsbanken in Jönköping. Appointed Regional Manager in 2001. From 2007 vice-CEO and Head of HR in Danske Bank in Sweden. BSc (Econ).
