The Board of Directors has also approved the establishment of an Executive Committee that operates as a coordinating management body across the Group with the Group’s CEO as chairman. The committee consists of 15 senior executives from the subsidiaries and the business and resource areas. In addition to the Board of Directors, Executive Board and Executive Committee, the management structure also includes the Audit Department.
Business areasThe Group’s business areas include banking, mortgage finance, Danica Pension, Danske Markets, Danske Capital and other areas. Although the individual areas are organised independently, their operations are based on the Group’s central organisational concept.
Resource areasResource areas cover the following six units: Group Credits, Group HR, Group Business Development & Marketing, Shared Service Centre, Group Finance and Group Communications. The areas are responsible for developing the Group’s shared platform. The individual business areas have corresponding resource areas for implementing the concepts from the central platform.
