As part of an ongoing development to further demonstrate our commitment to transparency and accountability, we have established a Business Integrity Board that replaces the former Group Responsibility Board. The Business Integrity Board is appointed by Danske Bank’s Executive Board to make formal recommendations on responsibility strategies and policies across the Group and to oversee implementation of responsibility related decisions in line with the business strategy.
The CR department acts as secretariat to the Business Integrity Board and is responsible for providing the Board with advice and recommendations regarding responsibility aspects of business decisions. The department is also responsible for coordinating activities across the Group and reporting on the achievements. It is the CR department’s role to promote awareness of CR issues and support local units with expertise on best practices
The members of the Business Integrity Board are:
- Thomas F. Borgen (CEO and Chairman of the Business Integrity Board)
- Jim Ditmore (Chief Operating Officer)
- Gilbert Kohnke (Chief Risk Officer)
Per Klitgård (Head of Danica Pension)
Lars Stensgaard Mørch (Head of Business Banking)
Glen Söderholm (Head of Corporates & Institutiones)
Tonny Theirry Andersen (Head of Personal Banking)
Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup (Head of Group Communications and Marketing)
- Henriette Fenger Ellekrog (Head of Group HR)
- Dorte Eckhoff (Head of Group Corporate Communications and Responsibility)
At the operational level, corporate responsibility matters at the country units are managed by local CR coordinators, who work closely with the Group CR department.
