Priser stiger stadig hurtigere end indkomster

Inflationen var på 2,2 procent i juni, har Danmarks Statistik netop offentliggjort. Det var lidt mere end de 2,1 procent måneden før. Som forventet ud fra udviklingen andre steder i Europa var det især priserne på fødevarer, der trak op i juni, mens benzinprisen trak ned. Men som de fleste bilister nok har lagt mærke til, så er benzinprisen steget igen her i juli, og det vil så vise sig i det næste inflationstal.

Danske husholdninger taber købekraft
Dagens tal viser, at priserne stadig stiger lidt hurtigere end lønningerne på det private arbejdsmarked, og meget hurtigere end lønningerne i det offentlige, som stadig mærker effekten af de store lønstigninger i 2009. Oven i det er skatten også steget i år, især på grund af genopretningsplanen fra 2010. Derfor fortsætter de danske husholdninger stadig med at tabe købekraft. En typisk børnefamilie har reelt omkring 500 kroner mindre om måneden at bruge nu end for et år siden.
