Are you a skilled analyst who can help us become number 1 in the Nordics on 1:1 Data driven marketing? Then you might be our new colleague in the team CRM 1:1 Performance.

You will be based in Copenhagen sitting together with our colleagues from other teams. The Centre of Excellence is a team within our global marketing and communications organization. The entire Centre of Excellence consists of 13 people across the Nordics who every day try to challenge the traditional banking mindset and to have fun while doing it.

The team that you will join, CRM 1:1 Performance, is a newly established team consisting of two employees besides you. You will therefore have great influence on your daily tasks.

Measure the value creation of our 1:1 activities
You will help us develop the tools to measure the value creation of our 1:1 activities and ensure that these tools are used across Danske Bank's business units (Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management) and market areas (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).

Another important aspect of your job is to drive best practice and ensure a continuous improvement of our 1:1 activities. Additionally, we focus on creating evaluation reports, which in an effective and intuitive way visualises the performance of the activities.

Your profile
You bring to the position a master’s degree within a field such as business, mathematics or economics combined with programming skills in SAS, SQL or equivalent. You have experience with driving and implementing change and are familiar with applying advanced analytics. Preferably you also have experience from CRM and 1:1 Marketing.

Visualisation skills in Tableau or equivalent visualisation tool as well as project management skills will be an important asset.

On a more personal level you possess the following traits:

• A strong analytical mindset
• A structured approach as you will have many projects ongoing at the same time
• You are self-motivated with a high level of commitment and a desire for transition
• Easy going with a positive can-do attitude.
