Are you an ambitious business advisor or consultant with remuneration management experience? And would you like to take your career to the next level working with Executive Remuneration in one of the largest banks in the Nordics?
Then you might be our new colleague in People Analytics and Executive Reporting, a recently established team within Danske Bank's global Group HR organisation. You will join a team of skilled experts based in Holmens Kanal, Copenhagen.
As our new Executive Remuneration Advisor you ensure that the compensation processes for Group Management is executed appropriately and take the lead on operational tasks within Executive Remuneration (Group Management).
You will perform according to the general remuneration governance and provide ongoing support to Group Management and Remuneration Committee (RemCo)
Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to:
- Monitor and research executive compensation and benefits trends, incl. benchmarks
- Review executive remuneration frameworks, i.e.
- Ensure competitiveness towards Peers
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
- Analyse executive remuneration, benefits and incentives for consideration by the Remuneration Committee
- Operate compensation processes related directly to Executives
- Prepare Remuneration Committee papers, reports etc. according to annual working schedule
- Drive and contribute to ad hoc executive reports and insights
You need to be able to manage the sensitive nature of executive remuneration including corporate policies and regulation and act with expertise and ensure influence through high quality in deliverables and applicability. The role requires a strong understanding of Danske Bank's business model and business challenges across countries and an understanding of cash and share based payments in a regulated environment.
You bring to the position an educational background in economics or a related field
in combination with knowledge of and experience with remuneration management.
You have a great business understanding and solid stakeholder management skills. Key to success in this role are excellent numerical, analytical, problem solving skills and some experience with tax and employment legislation. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and written communication skills as well as fluency in English are also required. You most likely have at least three years of experience as a consultant or business advisor.
