As a senior communication consultant, you will work as corporate editor for our intranet and play a key role in telling the Danske Bank strategy and transformation story internally.
Do you know how to drive the internal agenda across business units and staff functions in a large and complex organisation? Do you have extensive experience with engaging and involving employee communication as well as leading an editorial board across business units and markets?
Then you might be our new senior communication consultant/corporate editor for our intranet.
You will be part of a dedicated team working with Group internal communication, which is part of Group Communication & Relations, and working closely together with editors across the organisation. We work with a variety of tasks ranging from strategy communication, change & leadership communication as well as engaging employee communication. We have high ambitions and aim to deliver best-in-class internal communication, by always challenging the way we work with internal communication across Danske Bank.
Strong corporate editor with a passion for storytelling
To succeed in the job it is essential that you take the end-2-end responsibility for content – from developing to producing internal stories and ensuring coordination and distribution in the most suitable channels. You develop complex content from different sources and stakeholders and make it simple and compelling to all levels of the organisation. You have the ability to produce content in various formats to our intranet and other channels and are comfortable with working in Sharepoint.
Furthermore, you navigate smoothly in a large organisation and are able to coordinate across business units and markets. It is an advantage if you have experience with taking internal communication to the next level using digital media to engage and involve employees.
You probably have a master's degree in communication or journalism (Cand.com, Cand.mag., journalist or equivalent) and have a least 5 years of experience within internal communication.
