As a HR Strategy Partner, you will play an important role in the development of one of the largest banks in the Nordics. In particular, you will support the strategic ambition of the COO area. The COO area consists of CIO, CTO, Customer Service Delivery, Agile@scale, Group Procurement and facility management and is home to around 8500 employees across the Nordics, the Baltics and India. You will partner directly with the Group IT teams CTO and CIO.
Transformation partner and strategic advisor
You will be part of a strategic HR team working closely with the senior management teams in COO on a global level. You will take the lead in delivering on our strategic people agenda and work together with our senior managers as transformation partner and strategic advisor.
Your job is to enable and empower the senior leaders to put HR on the strategic agenda, thereby strengthening the link between HR and the business. Furthermore, you will co-develop, drive and implement strategic initiatives that are linked to transformation strategy for the Group IT areas while overseeing the implementation of HR frameworks, tools and group-wide HR projects in the COO Area. These tasks will entail close collaboration with a variety of internal stakeholders within e.g. Group IT, the central HR team, and the HR teams working with COO across the world.
HR Subject Matter Expert with an international outlook
You bring to the position a university level degree within a relevant field, in combination with years of experience as a manager or top-level HR consultant. It is a strong advantage if you have experience from an international IT, engineering or operations organisation, have a passion for global collaboration and thrive in a culturally diverse environment.
You demonstrate a deep knowledge (subject matter expert) on change management, leadership and talent development, workforce planning and performance management. Furthermore, you have vast experience in driving and implementing strategic initiatives and global projects.
As a leader, you display great confidence and the ability to motivate and influence. The senior managers turn to you for strategic advice and you are able to build trustful relationships as you coach and challenge them on business critical matters. You are intellectually curious and always on top of the latest trends and research within strategic people- and business development.
The role covers all international locations of the COO Area including the strategic locations in Lithuania and India. Therefore, the role requires high-level English language skills alongside an international mind-set and experience.
