Are you able to see processes through the eyes of the customer? Are you motivated to ensuring the short-term customer experience in the retail customer area via process insight? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for in the Process Office team.

Bringing the pieces together to form a great customer experience
WM Process Ofifice is established to drive Danske Wealth Management towards adapting the approach and business model to match and exceed changing and ever-growing customer expectations. As a unit, we are responsible for the investment and pension processes for all markets in Wealth Management.  Your day-today work will be to identify and execute on process improvement, link processes to E2E Performance, SOP, risk assessment, customer touch point and customer Journey mapping.
As we are supporting the Nordic Business, the right candidate can be located either in Lyngby, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm.
 
About the role:
We are responsible for the E2E process documentation, analysing and improvement throughout the value chain. Your day-today work will be to facilitating workshops with the SME to identify, analyse and execute on process improvement, integrate a data-driven approach, ensuring the advisory instructions and linking the process landscape to the customer touch points as well as the business risk.
 
Your profile:
• Proven Process Improvement skills
• BPM, Robotic, STP working experience
• Good stakeholder skills
• Know how to work with customer journey and customer pains

As a person, you are result-oriented, collaborative and analytical with a high level of energy. You have excellent people skills, eager and motivated to driving customer experience to a higher level. Most important – you are an executer who knows how to get things done. As we are responsible for the entire Nordic area, solid English-skills is required.
