Group Compliance forms an essential part of Danske Bank’s integrity agenda. Group Compliance is a high-performing team of around 220 compliance professionals, who work together across all markets where Danske Bank is active.
Daily support for one of four Head of functions
As Personal Assistant your main objective will be to support one of the following four leaders and to enable them to work in a smooth and efficient manner. All four leaders report directly to Philippe Vollot, Chief Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Board.
- Head of Financial Crime
- Head of Group Regulatory Affairs
- Head of Investigation & Surveillance
- Head of Central Units Compliance
You will be part of a dynamic organisation with highly competent colleagues and an exciting and busy environment and your tasks will include:
- Calendar and mail managing
- Preparing meeting materials
- Preparing and planning meetings and internal seminars
- Preparing presentations and power points
- Travel booking
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Experienced and structured administrative professional
To the position, you bring solid experience as a secretary or personal assistant from a large organisation. Maybe you also have an academic background. You posses great communication skills and are fluent in Danish and English. You also have skills in creating power point presentations and are comfortable with Excel.
You have a structured approach to your work and come across as very service minded. It is important that you are able to interact with people in a positive and constructive way and that you have high integrity as you will work with confidential information. Moreover, you are able to manage more tasks at the same time and are able to meet tight deadlines. You take pride in making other people shine.
The position will be based in Høje Taastrup, just outside Copenhagen
