Our Payments Core team would like to give a warm welcome to a skilled, tech savvy and experienced .NET developer. The team’s primary responsibility is to ensure that we have a lean and efficient payment engine, as our capability to process payments is at the heart of the MobilePay domain and is one of our core competitive advantages.

We are constantly tuning MobilePay (code base, technologies and tooling) to meet the ever changing digital challenges and thereby strenghten our stronghold as one of the leading mobile payments platform in Denmark. Our backend platform is based on .NET (core) Micro Services using Domain Driven Design, with CQRS and NoSQL persistence technology, on an AMQP based message broker (publish/subscribe) and with REST/JSON APIs and a high degree of automation.

What does a job with our Payments Core team entail?

  • We expect you to assume stewardship of all aspects of software development – from analysis and design to deployment and operations
  • You’ll be enabled to exercise software craftmanship to evolve and strenghten our core payment capabilities by building and maintaining our MobilePay payment APIs, rebuilding the legacy solution and continiously improve the Payments Core domain
  • Engaging with the relevant range of stakeholders to make sure we code the right high quality features
  • Engaging with our DevOps team to make sure our platform continuously meet the need of the payment domain
  • You’ll be a vital part of a highly skilled and ambitious agile core team

You would be a great match if…

  • You are a trained software engineer with preferably +3 years of experience and with a proven track record from prior employments
  • You have a deep knowledge about .NET and fully comprehend the possibilities of the new .NET frameworks
  • You have experience with development tools like GIT, VS, NuGet, Go and application tools like RabbitMQ, Cassandra and the ELK stack
  • You know of DDD, CQRS, Micro Services and AMQP and have experience with Source Code management, Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines
  • As a person you are self-managing, easy going and boost your energy through engagement with your team colleagues
  • You like working towards a common goal and have a customer centric mindset
  • You have a deep understanding of technology and knowledge of when to apply various tools when transforming business needs to specific features
  • You are fluent in English (corporate language). Danish is not a requirement

You'll become part of a twin site IT development department with colleagues in Brabrand (DK) and Vilnius (LT) and will work closely with business representatives situated in the center of Copenhagen. A minor level of traveling will be part of the job.
