Do you have the agile experience and insight needed to drive the agile agenda in a large and complex organisation? In this role, you will get the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills in your dialogue with a host of different stakeholders and in a context where we offer you a great deal of say in how we should continue our agile journey.
We are currently seeking experienced Agile Coaches who are ready to work at both team, leadership and enterprise level and want to be part of Danske Bank's agile journey. You will be part of a Group-wide organisation of Agile Coaches, Customer Experience specialists and Change Enablers, who apply agile capabilities across the organisation through on site coaching at all levels, teaching, mentoring and advising. Your stakeholders are located across Danske Bank so you will truly leave your mark in our organisation. Perhaps you are curious and want to develop you agile approaches, too?
Trust and coaching is key
Your responsibilities will be to support the agile transformation in Danske Bank both at portfolio and multi-team level in areas and initiatives by:
- Coaching, advicing and mentoring leaders and teams in agile values, principles, methods and practices
- Helping teams to transit into new agile ways of working, and keep improving
- Coaching and sparring with leaders at all levels to understand and adopt an agile mindset, so they can function as a catalyst for change
Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels. The same goes for the ability to understand the needs for creating the best customer experience and balance “emerging practices” with “doing what’s right”. You know that change is sustainable through co-creation and by establishing trust, but also requires a certain amount of planning.
Change management and agile expertise
You have extensive hands-on experience as an Agile Coach and probably a background which includes experiences with change management or coaching leaders and teams in a complex cross-functional setting consisting of business and IT.
You have good working knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices, and solid experience with enabling organisations to find their own solutions to problems through the application of agile principles. You are able to use a rich set of coaching, facilitation and training tools and models.
