Highly professional and customer focused
As a team leader for the Private Equity (PE) Funds team, you will be responsible for seven employees working with customers that requires a highly specialised knowledge and a “can do” attitude in every aspect of the delivery. Driving a customer mind-set and professional execution of new onboardings, as well as securing high quality of those, will be the key deliveries in this position. Hence, your main tasks will be to:
- have direct responsibility ensuring a customer friendly, professional and effective execution of the onboarding and ODD of Private Equity customers
- be responsible for the motivation and continuous development of your team members and contribute to our overall success
- continuously communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and help shape workflows, processes and strategy within our area
New Team leader with a modern and collaborative mind-set
As our new Team Leader, you are able to adapt to different personalities, and thrive when helping your colleagues succeed. Even though you might not have prior leadership experience, you are a definite people-person with a lot of drive.
The PE-team is working with different units of the bank and have a high focus on a good delivery and respectful dialogue with the pressure of demanding customers - often with a tight deadline. Therefore, it is key that you are an excellent communicator and confident about your stakeholder skills. We also expect that you have experience working with large customers, and it would be an advantage if you have working experience within AML.
Our management team is very global with Team Leaders in DK, Lithuania and Poland. It is therefore crucial that you have experience with working across different cultures.
Fluency in English is a requirement, and it would be a plus if you are also fluent in Danish.
