“The team you will join are responsible for developing our Omni Channel Capabilities, Engagement tools as Chat, Chatbot, Online Meeting Journey and other digital capabilities that bridges our channels and enables remote advisory”, tells your future manager Dorthe Jensen. ”You will be a part of a team that is responsible for setting the directing for how customers can engage digitally with bank and how we best support both the customer journey and the advisor journey across the Nordics.”

Join us as a Product Owner for Customer Engagement Solutions
You will be a key player in driving customer experience ambitions and development of our engagement solutions. As a Product Owner, you are product/feature accountable and responsible for heading a development team.

Your everyday tasks consist of:
  • Lead and define the purpose and product vision and inspire team to reach ambitioned customer and bank outcomes
  • Define ambitioned product CX and specifying user stories to achieve ambition e.g. legal clarifications
  • Backlog prioritization including defining, grooming and communicating sprint goals, user stories and epics
  • Stakeholder management, priority alignment and communication of roadmaps across squad, development area and other stakeholders across the bank e.g. local markets and legal
  • Ensure delivery quality and follow up on ongoing product optimization.
We are based in Copenhagen in a flexible environment with highly professional colleagues.

You are passionate about CX and Service Design
You have a relevant master’s degree and a few years of experience as a Product Owner within digital development – preferable with engagement tools and channel development. Experience within UX, agile development and service design is a requirement. You could also be working in a digital agency, a digital frontrunner, or perhaps the consulting industry.

You ensure high quality and timeliness, and you engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, information sharing and buy in. As a person, you are result and outcome driven and known for inspiring and motivating others. You have a natural interest in digital design, customer experience and behaviour. You excel at working with digital development with a UX and service design toolbox.

The position requires great communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
