Whether the need is for advanced, specialist or management training, we will ensure, together with our employees, that their competencies always match our requirements and expectations.
In annual performance reviews and regular discussions of training needs, we prepare a development plan for each employee. The objectives will be realised mainly through on-the-job training and also to a large extent through courses of various durations.
