Business Analyst in Digitalisation Chapter

Role

As a Business Analyst in the Digitalisation Chapter you will be a part of the Development Team within Transaction Services area.  
 
In this role you will be collaborating with the teams working with customer service delivery to identify the pain points that the teams or our customers are experiencing in the service delivery process.  You will be involved in finding the best solution to address them. In the end, you will have to define requirements for the solution so it can be implemented by developers, creating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) and other solutions.

Focus Area:

As a Business Analyst in the Digitalisation Chapter you will be a part of the Development Team within Transaction Services area.

In the end, you will have to define requirements for the solution so it can be implemented by developers, creating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) and other solutions.

Area of Expertise:
  • Proven experience in applying RPA, BPM, or other automation solutions by identifying the opportunities for automation and defining the requirements
  • Experience of creating low tech automation solutions (scripts, macros, rules, hotkeys) would be an advantage
  • Experience in mapping and optimising processes would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a big organisation
  • Good collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to identify core reasons behind a problem
  • Excellent written and spoken English
