Who are you?
We seek an extraordinary student assistant with a broad range of interest spikes. Besides having a unique eye for visuals, you excel in handling multiple tasks at the same time and want to work with technology and digitalisation. You are a social frontrunner, taking pride in ensuring the well-being and collaborative efficiency across the team.

  • On top of all this we are looking for a talent with:A true can-do-attitude regardless of size and complexity of tasks
  • A high level of independence and proactiveness
  • No problem speaking up and challenge assumptions
You will be responsible for a range of tasks requiring analytical, communicative and executional skills, e.g. gathering customer insights, and creating project roadmaps and visual communication. Other tasks will be more practical, e.g. to plan and host stakeholder events, to coordinate onboarding of new colleagues and throw inventive Friday bars.

You will be a part of Direction & Traction, which is a team of six people responsible for developing, and running the overall execution programme, identifying strategic direction, organisational implementation and communication. Becoming part of this team is a unique opportunity to work in a non-traditional banking set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, agile development, flat hierarchy and with an overarching customer-focused approach.

The practical stuff
  • We expect you to be with us 20 hours a week. Together with two other students, you are to cover a full working week.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English
  • You are done with your Master’s in approximately 2 years
