One of our People Support Consultants is going on maternity leave, which means we are looking for a maternity-cover to take up her position for a 1-year period.

About Group Compliance
The Group Compliance function encompasses Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance Risk Management, working as a global organisation to ensure integrity across all business units and countries to maintain the trust of our customers and society. The Compliance organisation consist of more than 200 engaged employees across business units and countries, with plans to double in size in the coming year.

Group Compliance – People Support Team is a new department set under the COO area. The function of this team is to support the leaders in running the transformations that Compliance are going through and to allow the rest of Group Compliance to focus on their core tasks.

Your role is to assist Group Compliance leaders, collaborate with HR in various projects, and help implement new initiatives. But also engaging employees to create a great work atmosphere and culture.

As a People Support Consultant, you will be involved in several aspects and various types of tasks. You will get a chance to shape the role and the job can be a good stepping-stone in your career. Your tasks will include:

  • Improving job satisfaction among employees in Compliance, e.g. Smile-o-meter
  • Assist leaders with leadership-oriented matters such as onboarding
  • If people resign, do exit-interviews
  • Driving strategic and cultural projects
  • Working closely with HR, e.g. on People Review, MyTalk and cultural projects
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary


Your profile
You have a background in either project management, HR or other relevant field. You are a strong communicator with project management skills. We expect you to have a sound business understanding and a structured approach to your work. In addition, it is important that you have the ability to keep a holistic view and at the same time pay attention to detail.  On a personal level, you have great interpersonal skills and we expect you to be outgoing with a “can do” attitude.
