You will join a newly established team of three Banking DK TA Specialists, one TA Supporter and a Team Lead who is committed to working closely with our colleagues in the Banking DK HR organization, the other TA teams in the bank, and not least the hiring managers across Denmark. We are busy and need your help to drive recruitments from A-Z and to establish the team as trusted advisors in the Banking DK organization, which is dispersed across many locations.
End-to-End Recruitment is the Focus
You will work with a geographic base in the Copenhagen area and plan the working days with your hiring managers and according to the structure that we decide within our new team.
On a daily basis, you will spend your time on:
- Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, face-to-face or over Skype
- Drafting compelling job ads that capture the essence of the job and attract the right candidates
- Interviewing candidates using assessment tools and a behavioural interview design
- Conducting reference checks
- Advising hiring managers on our recruitment process and guidelines, ensuring that each and every recruitment proceeds with the candidate’s and hiring manager’s experience at heart
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as HR colleagues and our TA Center of Excellence
The consultancy working style of working with hiring managers at different sites means that we stress touching base on the same location in Copenhagen at least once a week. This means that we are looking for a colleague who thrives in this independent role and yet a colleague who naturally takes the initiative to knowledge share and collaborate with colleagues in this setting. To be a success in this role also requires you to be highly team-oriented and enjoy being part of a new set up where ways of working has yet to be established!
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Experience
You are the perfect candidate for this role if you have 2-4 years of TA experience - either from an in-house function or the consultancy side. It is a clear advantage if you offer some knowledge within framework agreements, and have sourcing experience as we have a long-term aim of doing more in this area. An M.SC. with focus on either language, psychology, sales or marketing is a must, and we need you to speak and write English and Danish fluently as we write ads on a daily basis.
