In Danske Bank we have established a Copenhagen area (Ejby) based unit working on the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Danske Bank. Your role
We are looking for a Test Manager that can drive the testing efforts in the CRM department – both on strategic level and execution level, while at the same time has an interest in Business Analyst work.

As our Test Manager your role is to lead, plan, manage and execute the quality assurance of the CRM project. You should drive collaboration across our agile full-stack teams to develop test plans, identify test dependencies, execute testing deliverables, and generally have a firm opinion on how we should ensure high quality in our deliveries. Furthermore, you are not afraid of challenging the AS-IS processes in a constructive manner.

In addition to the Test Manager role, you are also expected to take part in Business Analyst work. The Business Analyst work will include tasks such as conducting workshop to gather requirements, challenge the business on their requests, and manage stakeholders from other departments within both IT and business.
Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop test strategies and test plans: Identify and establish test standards, methods and relevant test tools ensuring proper test coverage
  • Test execution: lead execution of test in general, and execute manual tests scripts yourself and with the help of the full time Business Analysts
  • Analyse test metrics and Produce QA Reports: Ensure regular and consistent evaluation of test practises and communication of progress to the program leads
  • Drive automation: Implement processes for automation initiatives across all aspects of testing with the help of developers
  • Support the Business Analyst: Support the full time Business Analyst in their work with gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholders.

Your qualifications
As our Test Manager, you should match most of the following criteria’s:

  • Higher education of minimum 3 years duration (Bachelor level) or equivalent working experience
  • A minimum of 3+ years of work experience from delivering & testing teams, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with developing effective test strategies, test plans, and conducting test execution, test automation/test automation tools, Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), and Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Business Analyst skillset and experience in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and have good stakeholder management skills
  • Hands on experience withJira and Zephyr. Nunit, Selenium, Fake XRM, MOQ or SpecFlow is a plus.
