Can you prioritise and take on the responsibility for our strategy on the invoiving area? And will you be responsible for setting the guidelines for this area – with your dedicated colleagues? Then we have the right opportunity as Invoicing Product Manager!

MobilePay is located in the centre of Copenhagen, as well as in Helsinki, Aarhus and Vilnius. At the Copenhagen Office, we are 90 employees with different backgrounds, competences and responsibilities. We all work hard to provide the best and most user friendly solutions, expanding both the user and merchant customer base as well as living up to all responsibilities towards society.

Lead projects and secure user experience for our merchants

We are currently looking for an Invoicing Product Manager, who is ready to take responsibility for our invoicing area towards merchants - and act as SME for invoicing in general across our organization.

In this role, you will ensure that MobilePay establishes a cost-efficient and optimal invoicing setup – which includes:

• doing product management of invoicing area across products and markets
• secure a great user experience and user journey for our merchants
• continously simplify and automate invoicing set-up and drive the continuous development
• act as project manager on various invoicing related projects
• participate in various dialogues internally, and some externally
• act as SME to your colleagues on invoicing related things.

It will also be your role to define and drive development requirements from a commercial standpoint, and prioritize IT-development within the invoicing area.

Commercial and curious mind-set

We are looking for you, who has an understanding of invoicing area in general, market standards, latest developments and opportunities. We believe, you have the following:

• an academic degree and high proficiency in English
• some years of experience as invoicing specialist or with invoicing related projects
• strong communications skills - you are able to build a compelling story to get your message across to decision makers and other key stakeholders
• basic understanding of ERP-systems.
