Our Talent Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports and facilitates the talent management practice across all business units and support functions at Danske Bank together with local HR. We drive the ongoing succession planning process for Group key positions and the identification, development and deployment of executive, leadership and critical capability talents at Group level.
We are part of a diverse team of engaged colleagues working with Learning and Development (L&D). We work cross-functionally, liaise, and collaborate closely with the local L&D and HR Strategy Partner communities.
Ensure business impact and cultural transformation across Danske Bank
You will join the Talent Management CoE at a time of change, where we will sharpen the strategy for and increase the operating rythm of talent management at Danske Bank. The aim is to build a much stronger talent pipeline to ensure better business impact and cultural transformation.
Your key deliveries:
- Design and deploy best practice talent management framework across the Group – creating the architecture, activities and concepts as well as implementing and applying them in practice
- Drive ongoing talent identification, development and deployment processes at Group level – assessing and allocating talents in close collaboration with local HR and senior leaders
- Deliver reliable data and insights to support talent discussions and to identify improvement opportunities for local HR and senior leaders
- Develop talent management capabilities within relevant HR communities – up-skill to strengthen talent management practices and implementing Oracle HCM Talent module in Q4-Q1 ‘21

Purpose driven Senior Consultant with strong communication and collaboration skills
In this role, we expect you to have a Master’s degree from a relevant area - Psychology or a combination of Business and Psychology combined with at least +5 years of experience within talent management at corporate level in a +20.000 company – preferably from financial services, telco, pharma or energy.
You are a purpose driven individual with an analytical approach and a strong focus on execution and process improvements. You are the kind of person that takes initiative and are self-driven. You are a strong communicator, able to stakeholder manage and collaborate, and create strong networks across the organization.
The Learning & Talent Development team is located across the Nordics, but this specific role will be based in the Copenhagen area. You will most likely be able to work remotely and virtually during a work week.
