Danske Bank climbs several positions in the latest rankings from Prospera on Institutional Banking in Sweden.
The Prospera rankings are based on interviews with 70 institutional clients. The banks are rated using several parameters such as service, pro-activity and ability to meet customer needs.
Latest results released today show that Danske Bank is climbing in the rankings – for ‘All Institutions’ from fifth place to second place and when it comes to Tier 1 customers, from third place to a joint first place with SEB.
“We are proud and pleased with the results. It’s proof that we are heading in the right direction”, says Eric Bönnelyche, Co-Head of Institutional Banking in Sweden. “We’ve climbed several positions at the overall level, and in the grades from Tier 1 customers we’ve moved forward from 3.64 to 3.94 in the average rating, and from a 3rd to a joint first position with SEB. That’s a very satisfying change within just a year”.
