After finishing top of the Nordic Prospera survey on customer satisfaction within Cash Management, there is more recognition for Danske Bank within the Transaction Banking area.
The bank has been named “Best Regional Cash Manager” in the Nordic and Baltic Regions by the magazine Euromoney in the 2015 Cash Management Survey which is based on around 28,000 responses for the second consecutive year.
This is a great honour especially as the appointment rests on answers provided by customers, explains Tone Lunde Bakker, Global Head of Cash Management, TxB.
“This is obviously a great recognition of our capabilities in this area. The award shows us that our customers respond positively to our efforts so far of which we should be very proud,” she says.
