- Cevian Capital II GP Limited: 7.4%

Danske Bank's percentage of free-float shares is estimated to be approx. 78.4%, since the A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation and companies of the A. P. Møller Holding Group hold around 21.6% of the share capital.
